Andermatt Kenya to Host International Agricultural Journalists at IFAJ 2025
From 15 – 18 October 2025, Nairobi will host the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ) Congress, a global gathering of agricultural journalists, communicators, and thought leaders. This annual event offers delegates the chance to explore East Africa’s agricultural sector, share ideas, and tell the stories that shape the future of global food systems.
As a leader in biological crop protection, Andermatt is proud to confirm its participation. Our mission is simple but vital: to change the way food is grown – naturally. The IFAJ Congress provides a unique platform to showcase Kenya’s role in driving sustainable agriculture and to highlight the impact of biological solutions in the field.
On 17 October, the “Experience Andermatt Kenya” tour will welcome delegates to Naivasha, where our team will guide them through our macrobial production facility and year-round demonstration farm. Visitors will see firsthand how biological inputs are used to grow key Kenyan crops and will meet growers applying our solutions in commercial ornamental crop production. These on-the-ground insights offer a clear view of the innovation, dedication, and local expertise driving Kenya’s agricultural success.
We warmly invite agricultural journalists, media professionals, and industry partners to take part in this important event. If you are attending the Congress, we encourage you to select the Andermatt Kenya tour for a closer look at how our solutions are transforming farms and livelihoods. If you are not yet connected to your local IFAJ association, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved and build relationships within this influential network.
The stories told by journalists can inspire change. By sharing accurate, science-based information about biological solutions, we can help build a more sustainable future for agriculture – not only in Kenya, but worldwide.
